C & L Technologies

Residents of Creede: Please be advised that C&L Technologies will be mobilizing into Creede on Monday 11/3/25 and will be continuing to install “top hat” seals at sewer tap locations in the “Cured In Place Pipe” (CIPP) that was previously installed by Insituform Technologies for the Phase 4 Sewer Upgrade project. These tap seals or “Top Hats” will be installed at various locations throughout the City. C&L Industries will be contacting each resident previous to them performing work so that water usage is cut to a minimum at each particular household on that particular day. C&L should not be blocking any traffic lanes, but if there’s a slight chance that there is, they will be contacting any residence that may have difficulties prior to starting their work for the day.

C&L will be performing work from approximately 7:00 am up to approximately 6:00 pm M-F.

Please pay attention while near/approaching any of their work zones and try to detour around if at all possible, in order to keep everyone safe.
