Gardner Excavating
Residents of Creede:
Please be advised of the following work to be performed by Gardner Excavating and C&L Technologies, Inc. (lining of taps in the sewer pipe) on Monday 10/13 - Friday 10/17:
Monday 10/13:
Gardner Excavating is scheduled to finish the sewer line replacement on Sliver Drive between house #34 & #38. This particular area of Silver Drive will be closed to through traffic, so please plan accordingly.
Asphalt Contractors, Inc. (ACI) is scheduled to seal the joints of the asphalt patches along S. Main Street at various locations. This will be a ONE DAY event and is VERY weather dependent (it must be dry), therefore this may end up happening on any day of the week. (See road closure map attached)
C&L Technologies will continue to install tap linings in various locations throughout the city. They will be notifying any residents/businesses involved prior to performing work.
Tuesday 10/14- Friday 10/17:
Gardner Excavating will be finishing up any final grading of the alleys and/or Silver Drive, moving material from the staging areas along Rio Grande Ave, and hauling out equipment and materials. (If rained out on Monday, they will finish the Silver Drive sewer line installation on Tuesday, or the next dry day in the week)

The week is being forecasted as having precipitation on multiple days next week, so all of the work scheduled above will have to be adjusted to the weather conditions.
Pay attention while near these work zones to keep everyone safe and try to detour around the work zones if at all possible.
